I serve as chair of Willkie’s Compliance, Investigations & Enforcement Practice Group and am an active contributor to thought leadership within the legal community. As the creator of the Willkie Compliance Concourse, a first-of-its-kind web-based application covering the latest legal and enforcement trends, I host a podcast series on compliance topics.
My work over many years has focused on investigations, compliance and enforcement actions covering virtually every type of financial fraud in almost every industry, spanning more than 60 countries. I joined Willkie in 2003; previously, I served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Fraud Section of the Northern District of Georgia. I have been counsel in many of the most complex FCPA cases and have served as an expert witness on the topic.
